I started my career recruiting in the maintenance sector for Hays Montrose in 2001 where I enhanced my experience by managing and training a team, developing new sectors within FM, gaining experience across a wide range of positions, account management and running campaigns. Prior to setting up Silverbirch resourcing I was an Associate Director for a specialist property recruiter.
I was successful in winning internal awards and have a strong belief and determination to deliver the best possible service to both candidates and clients.
